There are some journeys we aren't meant to travel alone.
It may not always feel like it, but we are built to heal. Over the years, I’ve worked closely with people navigating anxiety, trauma, self-doubt, and painful patterns—and I’ve seen what begins to shift when that weight is met with the right support, skill, and care.
As an extensively trained trauma therapist, I understand that the past doesn’t simply stay in the past—it lives on in the body and nervous system, in relationships, in core beliefs, and in the ways we learn to cope. Together, we gently process what’s been carried for far too long—often beneath awareness—so deeply held patterns can shift, and you can reconnect with the steadier, wiser parts of yourself.
Therapy isn’t something I treat as one-size-fits-all. Instead, I draw from evidence-based practices and shape the work around your strengths, your pace, and what matters most.

I’m often described as highly-skilled, compassionate, and easy to be with—someone who creates a space where people can exhale and feel safe enough to do deeper work. I also believe in the healing power of laughter, so you can anticipate some lightness and real, human moments.
My path as a therapist has been both rich and wide-ranging. I’ve worked in suicide and crisis counseling, supported grief and end-of-life care in hospice, and spent years in community mental health. With roots in youth outreach and the creative arts, I bring a natural connection to working with young adults, creatives, and those navigating identity, purpose, and life transitions. As the daughter of immigrants, I understand how deeply culture shapes our inner world—our expectations, responsibilities, and sense of self—and I hold that with care and respect in our work together.
Whether you’re new to therapy, returning after some time, moving through something difficult, or ready to go deeper, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to support you in finding your way toward greater clarity, connection, and a life that feels more like your own.
